I work for chipotle. Who gives a non-english speaking person a mananger position and expect us to understand what the hell they want?
Our manager talks down to us, threatens us with our jobs and when we stand up we get in trouble.
I was written up for sticking up for myself. But was that ugly praying mantis of a whench given a firm talking too? nope!
not even a talking too was given.
I was told to respect my managers. which is crap. no one deserves to be respected unless they deserve it and earn it.
