Illegal alliens have more rights than Americans!

Cowardly Chipotle Hater's picture

I worked as a GM for six years with Chipotle. All of my restaurants were successful! All of it came coming to a crashing stop when I was accused of being a racist.
There is a number that the hourly employees can call if they feel like they are being treated unfairly. This is a good thing right? Wrong!
The assumption is that nobody would call this number if they were not being treated unfairly. Ummmm...let's examine this. Someone who is breaking the law by working here illegally is automatically given the benefit of doubt for telling the truth.
For example: Radio in the prep area is booming mariachi at 12:30pm. Manager turns down music and pleads with his staff to keep music low so customers can enjoy the music selected by the corporate office. Several minutes later music is back to previous loudness dominating the entire restaurant. Manager returns to the prep area and removes the radio to the office. Angry employee decides this is a violation of his non-legal working rights. Angry employee decides to call the corporate office and tell them that the GM is a racist for turning off music. Several HR representatives descend onto the scene within a day to console all of the workers. Nobody asks that GM's point of view. GM is told if their actions continue than they will be let go.
Now here are some things that are true: If I am a person that wants a burrito, the last thing I want to here is, "blackbeanorpintobeanwhatkindofmeatdoyouwantsalsa?guacamoleisextra." Huh?
Can I please have more than three shreds of cheese!?!
I know you send 200 people through the line in a hour but I have already paid and any questions I had might be answered my next time through the line!
Try to remember the goals to finding the 100th monkey!
