KMIT four times

I started at Chipotle as a Grill cook, but was moved to the line after training week. I started at the store when in opened in my town so I went through all the training with the SWAT team. In the 10 months I have been there, my store has gone through 4 Regional Managers, and 2 GMs. As far as original training week crew, there are two left including me.
The first round of promotions included 2 of the GMs friends from college and the other two ended up getting fired for drinking or being drunk at work.
After four months (Dec.) I was told I would be promoted to KM "by February." That didn't happen so my next goal date was Feb. 14th, when that didn't happen, I received no word on a promotion. Next it was "in a month" which would have put my promotion at about May 4th, not a week later I was told I wasn't getting it anymore. I am currently awaiting my promotion that was supposed to happen (again) over a week ago (end of May.)
So far, I have helped train a Service Manager and the new GM who has no idea what he is doing.
My current GM, after I transfer and the one who was supposed to be training me the whole time, hired someone for the new store to start as an SM. (Really??)
I'm a hard worker, good leader, and competent.
The main thing that pisses me off is that I have a degree in Hospitality and Service Management, the SAME degree as my current GM who actually started as an apprentice and now he is making jump all these hoops for a crappy promotion and the possibility for another one soon.
Between all the overtime and free labor I put in, I think I should get rewarded for it.
