I use to love Chipotle! Now, it is starting to go down hill. There always comes a time in a company's life where it's all about the money. Too bad it's that time for Chipotle. My girlfriend and I about a year and a half ago use to go to Chipotle in Riverside about 3-4 times a week. The food was awesome and back then college students got free soft drinks. We were always happy with the food and the customer service. A few months later, however, Chipotle decides to take away the free drinks for college students, it was a bit of a bummer but hey what's another buck fifty. As time goes on we start to notice that food quantity starts to go down (I only eat once a day, so less food =hungry). As more time passes the quantity goes so far down that now my steak bowl is about half what it use to be, WTF! Now every rare time I go I notice that the staff is very mean and they give very small amounts of everything and when I ask for a little bit extra they give me a mean look to make me feel bad. Fucked up right? So this last week I went and asked for a steak bowl, as usual they give me very small amounts of everything and as usual I ask for extra. Here is the F'ed up part. The bowl has gone up from $5.80 to $6.10, and the price for double meat has gone from $2.00 to $2.50. Why do I even eat here when I can go to a sit down restaurant for the same price? When I go to take my first bite I felt like my teeth cracked the rice was freakin raw! WTFFFFFF!!!!! First off the portion is so small I can see the bottom of my bowl and the food I am eating hasn't even been cooked and when I go tell the employees that the rice is raw they stare me down and do nothing about it. Never again, well maybe once a month... This is not just the Chipotle in Riverside I have gone to about 10 others in different cities with the same results. I really hope cheeps (what me and my girl call Chipotle) comea back to what it use to be. Clean, quality, quantity, and friendliness. This is a pissed off kind of ex customer signing off saying F off Chipotle.
