I started my employment with them in mid 2007. I was hired on as a crew member with the intensions of being promoted to service manager rather quickly due to lack of employees. It took 4 months for them to even start my checklist. And in those four months, I was treated like a complete dumbass by a few of the hispanic employees for no reason at all. The funny thing is that they looked like the dumbasses when they couldnt understand what I was saying when I decided to stop speaking spanich to them and stick only to English. When I was there for about 7 months, I had scheduled a vacation for 7 days and written doen the days I would be gone and gave it to the gm. This was like 8 weeks before the vacation, which was in the middle of February. I went on my vacation, only to find out that they hired a hispanic kitchen manager and my training was put on hold. I was almost done and ready to be the km, and they took it away and gave it to someone who didnt even work at that store!!! I was so mad I never went back to that store again. The raise thing is so true too, I felt insulted when they told me i was getting a 7.5 cent raise! WTF is 7.5 raise? 10.50 a month. Wow thanks for that! Maybe I will go buy a house or a boat, or maybe a houseboat! FUCK CHIPOTLE, FUCK THEIR STUPID ASS MANAGER SYSTEM, AND FUCK SENOR ELLS.
