First off, I agree with you maloney. This place has taken a turn for the worse, but maybe it's not like that everywhere....maybe it's just the procedure nazis in this state. Most of the crew thinks the journals are write ups, not goals for future development. And you're right, the only reason she got your store after being a SM for a few weeks is because she leans over and lets her DD boobs hang out of her shirt at the manager meetings. But anyways...Robbie Rose, you are full of BS. We dont toss cheese and salsa and we do donate all of our food at the end of the night to local food shelter programs. And I don't know what store you worked at for a whole whopping 4 months but not all managers are like that. The managers at my store have never treated me or any of the other crew poorly. I have been a cashier for almost a year and I find it to be a very simple and easy job.
There are many things with this company that I strongly dislike but I also know that going to a different company could be just as bad but in its own ways. I also have looked for a similar position with many other fast food restaurants and none of them pay as well as this one does. I will stay with the company until they decide my time is up and then maybe you will see me in the registered criticism instead of the cowardly.
