Been working at a Chicago location and thought things were getting bareable. Today I was informed I have not been doing a good job and that I will probally be fired tomorrow. They said I was not working fast and had no sense of urgency.

This is CRAP! The only reason they dont like me is because I dont speak spanish and they dont like having to repeat themselves because I cannot understand their broken english. I have so many cuts on my hands from dishes and other things.

My current list of injuries

.... Burns
.....Sprained neck from running with the rice cooker from the back to the front
.....Cuts on my hands from dishes
...... My ears ring for hours after closing being subjected to loud spanish music at closing

Found another job and wanted to start last week but Chipotle gave me 40 hours instead of my normal 10 so I wanted to get the most money from them as possible.

I refused to sign their stupid development journal entry.

Today I worked 7 hours and made alot of food.

OMG this place sucks so bad for workers. I cannot believe this is legal to treat people like this!

So many injuries! They operate with skeleton crews to save money.... WOW they suck!

Wastful !!!! They throw so much out!!!!
