I have worked for Chipotle for 4 months now. I have been with the store since they opened their location in NE Ohio, along with the S.W.A.T. training and all. Since day one, I gave it my all. I was even told from day one that I would be promoted to KM real quick bc I was fast and I learned fast. And I was DAMN good at it too. I started out as the stores first faxpeditor and rocked it. In fact, when we opened, we were one of the unfortunate stores that didnt have a "fax line". I changed all that. I worked my bum off to get our new stores fax sales up so we could get a fax line. Now its all in progress. Meanwhile, my GM was all about finding me a replacement for faxpeditor so that I could "move up" to KMIT. I trained her so that shes was "better than me"........1 month......2 months.....3 months go by.......oh hey guess what>? That girl I trained, her husband (hes mexican just came to the US] was hired too......guess whos on KMIT schedule this week? Her husband. Wow? I must have misunderstood what my GM said. Now what do my shifts contain of on the schedule this week......no promise of any prep OR grill shifts.....oh wait....thres a FAX/GRILL on Wednesday.....WHAT THE H*3% is that!??? Im engaged and am planning a wedding. My fiance makes better money serving than I do working here. I was already a MIT at Panera Bread and ofcourse they promised me better so that I would quit there. And I did. And Chipotle ALMOST brain washed me. If I get cussed out one more time by my manager for crying on my shift bc im frusterated..........Im a white female btw............CHIP TALK THIS $*&^$# CHIPOTLE!!! Im looking for another job!
