More integrity for chickens than customers

This is the second time I had a poor experience at Chipotle and my last. After writing to them about my first, the manager did a great job of giving me a tour of the restaurant and a free burrito.

Lightning strikes twice. Just came back from there tonight. Register girl shouts out my total before I am even standing in front of her. I ask for a bag of chips. She jams it into the bag and re-totals. Don't I get salsa with that, I ask? "Salsa really doesn't come with it." Salsa doesn't come with the chips? "You have to pay extra for that."

So don't you want to ask me if I want salsa or at least ask if I want a drink???
"I dunno."

Clearly this young lass was a bit embarassed because she didn't expect anyone to call her out on her poor service.

How many million people out of work and she gets a job? $8.25 it cost me for the privilege of getting the sneer of death for asking for salsa?

I walked in there just a few minutes before 10pm because I put in a 14hr day at my office job and I was starving. Not because I needed a snack while I watch the reality TV lineup.

If I treated my clients this way, I'd be fired!!

My money means a lot to me and I won't be giving it to Chipotle any longer.
