I worked for Chipotle here in Oh, and a lot of things sucked about it firstly, the GM had the management team stocked with her friends and family. She was old buddy's with the apprentice's mom and his step brother was a service manager. She used to date (for like years) the other service managers mom and his life long best friend was the Km!
Nextly; they are some carrot dangling mofo's, they always tell everyone that you working to be a Km and make you do all these workbooks and shit and it's all a joke.
and Raise's yeah right, at the last review I had I didn't get a raise because I got a needs improvement in the cash register running section, I was the prepcook my job didn't involve taking orders. I was fired from Chipotle when I try'd to cancel my health insurance it costed me like 40 bucks a check and was just too expensive. I told the Gm I wanted to cancel and she said she took care of it and for like 5 more checks I was still getting charged the 40 bucks a check, and getting the run a round from the GM on getting that shit canceled. So I call Sturbridge and get in to an argument on the phone with the rude ass operator I was talking to and got fired for it. well I told the operator from sturbridge that I would sue her personally, if they kept taking my money for a service I didn't want.
and it turns out that in order to get the insurance cancelled the gm had to fill out a form and she never did. It was by far one of the most shitty jobs I have ever had.
