The store I worked for there was no organization each manager had a different way of opening closing. The crew tried being team players but it is all useless if we have an incompetent managment. Most employees are illegal. Half managers are illegal too. And I have nothing against that, it is just that they cant communicate well most of the time. And how are we supposed to learn 5 different ways of working.. what i mean is one manager likes to do one thing a certain way while the other says its all wrong. OOh and what happens when a manager is out to get you? And no, I am not just saying that because" I don't like my job." I did like my job before we had a change of managment. but the new gm yelled at me, gave me write-ups for the dumbest things and only me(mind you, I had never received write ups before). She once gave me a write up for doing "something" that was "caught on camera" and when i asked her to see the video i was denied access. BS. So i decide to call the area manager.. and What does he tell me? At first he plays it off.. and tells me Im right and that she was wrong, i got to see the video and it was false theres nothing. We also talked about the rest of the stuff and she decides to argue back and say im lazy no good employee.. wth?!.. most of the time I finish on time and help my crew member mostly the cashier.. and managers always check my area and always let me go home because i finished. And the Area manager says im right once again.. but 3 days later they make me sign a paper that says that i am a poor employee and that i dont do my job right.. (i say they make me because if i dont sign it im going against them and there fore i would be treminated) since i do not wish to be terminated i sign and promise to do better.. even tho i know i am doing great.. a week later if not days later i am fired. Equality and justice much.
That is my rant, and may I add this is just my problem there.. but there are many more.
