We recently got a new gm who happens to be from Peru. Well before she got to our store, I was getting regular hours averaging at least 38 hours a week. Now my hours have been reduced to 32 hours average but I'm not the only one. Those that are not of hispanic background also got theirs cut and the ones that are spanish got increased hours and some with a lot of overtime. This has caused quite a few people to quit and from the way its going, I'm next. Now tell me thats not discrimination.
