I worked for Chipotle Mexican Grill for 2 years and although the food was good (if you loved the fact of gaining weight) working there SUCK. There was favoritism everywhere especially when you were screwing the manager or if you weren't a certain race. The Area Managers were bogus too and mainly racist. How would you like to work your but off for little to nothing for and manager's pet to come in make 4 dollars more than you and does absolutely nothing. DOESN'T SOUND GOOD HUH? Well how about this they make you think your gonna get promoted but then snatch it away from you and make you train the lazy bum to get promoted not because they do a good job but because the sucked up to a manager and well you know how that goes. My overall experience working there was a bomber and will never work nor recommend anybody to work there EVER
